But I Digress...

We took a short road trip this weekend to Brenham, TX - home of Bluebell Ice Cream and... well... miniature horses raised by nuns.

No pictures from the ice cream plant as apparently they don't give tours on Saturdays. But instead, I give you Keith with miniature horse:

Also, a cat face:

So the other day at work, we were talking about the movie "House Party". Because when we're not busy kickin' out the latest greatest video games, we're talkin' 'bout "House Party". And in the course of this conversation, I mentioned that the song "Bust A Move" is the one song that no one in the world can listen to without bobbing along to the beat.

Tonight, I stopped by Subway to pick up some dinner, and while I was paying, "Bust A Move" came on the radio. And the counter guy started bobbing along. So I laughed and said, "See, I just told someone the other day that no one can resist bopping along to this song, and it's like 20 years old." We chuckled, I left and realized that - I wasn't exaggerating. That song IS 20 years old. And the counter clerk? Probably about 20 years old. And therefore me? Old lady talking about the mad hip-hop beats of a song that probably came out before he was born.

Now you just shaddup and get off my porch. I'm going off to listen to some of that DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince...
